Sam Cohen is a Vice President at Gasthalter & Co., where he advises financial service firms on strategic communications and brand building programs.
Sam specializes in proactive media relations, thought leadership, and investor communications, including around major transactions, product launches, fund launches, and leadership transitions. high-impact strategic initiatives. He also has extensive experience providing counsel on reputation management matters and portfolio company communications. His client base includes global credit managers, digital asset investment firms and service providers, hedge funds, private equity firms, and real estate investment firms.
Prior to joining Gasthalter & Co. in 2021, Sam spent nearly two years at Prosek Partners, where he developed and executed strategic corporate communications and executive visibility programs for global financial services companies. He began his career as a litigation paralegal at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP and the New York County District Attorney’s Office.
Sam holds a B.A. in Political Science from Bucknell University.
