Sam Fisher is a Senior Vice President at Gasthalter & Co.
Sam has provided counsel to investment management firms in various stages of their evolution, including hedge funds, private equity firms and credit managers, as well as public and private companies. He has experience supporting clients on long-term strategic communications programs, personnel matters, special situations and crises, restructurings, and M&A transactions, including reverse mergers, take-privates and corporate carveouts.
Sam holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
