Nat has served as a trusted advisor to global private equity, real estate, venture capital and hedge fund firms, as well as publicly traded businesses, middle market companies and high-profile individuals for more than 17 years.
He has extensive experience developing and executing long-term positioning and internal and external communications programs for transactions and other complex special situations, including SPAC listings and mergers, transformational M&A, proxy contests & shareholder activism, management changes, high-stakes litigation & regulatory matters, and in- and out-of-court financial restructurings.
Nat was previously a Principal at Sard Verbinnen & Co.
He holds a B.A. in European History from the University of Pennsylvania.
