Carissa Felger is a Managing Director at Gasthalter & Co.
Over the course of her nearly 20 year career in financial services and communications, Carissa has partnered with companies at various stages of their evolution to further their business initiatives with creative communications solutions.
Her work spans industries, including: venture capital, digital assets, market-making, hedge funds, private equity, real estate and various private companies from seed to pre-IPO stages.
Prior to joining Gasthalter & Co., Carissa was the Global Head of Communications and Marketing for Jump Trading, a Chicago-based trading firm with more than 800 employees globally.
Before that, Carissa worked at Sard Verbinnen & Co, a leading strategic communications firm, where she advised clients on long-term corporate positioning programs, reputation management issues, crisis situations, management changes and restructurings, among other matters. Carissa previously worked in the Corporate Communications group at Morgan Stanley during the financial crisis. She began her career at Lehman Brothers, where she worked in the firm’s Equities business.
She holds a B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University.
